Terms of Service

SpaManage Pro is a software workspace for spa and wellness business operations. It is operated by Basar Solutions. Where a paid subscription is offered, Basar Solutions is the merchant of record and the payment statement may show BASAR IT SOLUTIONS.

These terms apply when an account owner creates, accesses, or uses a SpaManage Pro workspace on behalf of a business.

A new eligible workspace receives 90 days of access at ₱0. Creating an account does not collect payment credentials and does not create an automatic paid renewal. When the trial ends, the workspace is paused unless an account owner purchases a paid subscription.

If an account owner chooses to continue after trial, the then-current price, billing period, and any applicable taxes will be displayed in PayMongo checkout before the payment is confirmed. The current annual reference price is ₱4,656.

Account owners must provide accurate business details, protect credentials, assign access appropriately, and ensure their staff use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for the accuracy of the business records you enter.

Your business remains responsible for the information it enters about customers, staff, appointments, services, and operations. You must have a lawful basis to collect and use that information and must give your own customers the notices required for your business.

SpaManage Pro supports operational recordkeeping. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, DOH, BIR, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for reviewing records, meeting filing deadlines, obtaining professional advice, and complying with the rules that apply to your spa.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
